The one place that took my breath away!

Being from South Dakota and on a tight budget, I often search for affordable flights to escape from here! The most common option is flying with Allegiant to Las Vegas. I had been there three times before finally planning a trip to the Grand Canyon, so I recommend not waiting as long as I did. If you find yourself near the Grand Canyon, don't hesitate to visit as soon as possible! Its breathtaking beauty is indescribable, and words fail to capture its magical vastness. A place somewhat similar to the Grand Canyon is the Rio Grande Gorge. During a lengthy road trip with my family to visit my brother in New Mexico, we came across the second highest bridge in the U.S. in Taos, NM. This bridge can be driven or walked across, offering a unique perspective as you gaze down...while it may not match the grandeur of the Grand Canyon, it's definitely a worthwhile stop to add to your travel list! #grandcanyon #riograndegorge

My next exciting destination is Oahu, Hawaii, a picturesque island where my son is currently stationed as a marine. I am eagerly looking forward to visiting this stunning location, known for its breathtaking landscapes and vibrant culture, in just 2 years from now. I have heard so much about the natural beauty of Oahu, and I am excited to experience it firsthand. In addition to Oahu, there are several other enchanting landscapes on my travel bucket list. I am particularly drawn to the scenic wonders of Bend, Oregon, with its majestic mountains and outdoor adventures. Torch Lake in Michigan is another gem that I am eager to explore, known for its crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches. The Enchantments in Washington offer a truly magical alpine experience, while Dixville in New Hampshire is renowned for its charming small-town atmosphere. Teton Valley in Idaho is also on my radar, with its stunning views and opportunities for outdoor recreation. As I plan my future travels, I am filled with anticipation and excitement about the adventures that await me.
